Introducing New Fish Into Your Aquarium or Pond

. Float the bag containing the new fish in the aquarium or pond for fifteen minutes to allow the water temperature to equalise.

. Untie the bag and add a cupful of pond or aquarium water to acclimatise the fish to changes in water chemistry.

. Wait another ten minutes and then gently release the fish into their new home.

. The addition of Stress Coat or Aqua Plus protects new fish from shock and removes harmful chlorine when tap water is added to the aquarium.

. With each new instalment of fish, the amount of ammonia waste produced in the aquarium increases. The addition of Cycle or StressZyme adds beneficial bacteria to the aquarium which aids in the break down of fish waste.

Be sure not to overfeed fish. Goldfish may be fed once per day, tropicals twice per day, only enough to be consumed within one minute.
